Jamestown, Fredonia. Venture Forthe. Personal Care Aide. $16.20/hour. PT: Personal Care Aide openings in Jamestown and Fredonia Venture Forthe is seeking caring, compassionate and professional individuals interested in providing personal care an general health(non-medical) care to the elderly and or person with a disability in the client's home. Must be 18 years of age (high school diploma not required) and be able to lift 50 lbs. (medium duty). Candidate must be self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision while being able to follow written and verbal instructions to complete all tasks outlined in the participant's care plan. Duties include oversight, supervision, daily living skills, housekeeping etc. No experience needed, we provide all the training that you need for FREE. We provide all necessary training FREE to start an exciting career as a NEW YORK STATE CERTIFIED PCA. (So you have nothing holding you back!) Previously certified PCA, HHA, CNA certificate holders encouraged to apply. Certificate holders will not have to retake the 40-hour class if you provide the certificate.
