Job Description: |
MSA has an opportunity for a Principal Project Manager - Landscape Architecture at any of the following offices: Baraboo, WI, Madison, WI, Mequon, WI, Milwaukee, WI, Duluth, MN, or St. Paul, MN. This person will work alongiside a high performing team focused on landscape architecture, waterfronts, and recreational development projects.
The work you may do
Prepare planting plans, streetscape designs, waterfronts, and park plans Participate in business development activities, marketing and networking Design, develop, modify, and review drawings for site design projects according to established standards Develop solutions to technical and creative challenges with site design and design communication tasks, in collaboration with other project staff Provide various pre-design services which may include conducting feasibility studies, site selection, and/or establishing design criteria Interacts with Contractors and/or the Public in performing Construction Duties and/or Public Engagement Processes Develop reports in InDesign Perform site visits and inspections Prepare drawings and presents ideas for the client to review, including renderings and animations Operate as a client liaison as well as mentor staff
