Posting Summary
The Water Resources Institute at the University of Vermont (UVM) is a newly established entity that will coordinate a network of programs, researchers, partners, facilities, and services to build a nationally recognized profile of water-related research, education, and outreach at the University of Vermont.

Develop the Institute’s brand, communicate its work to broad constituencies, coordinate events, and support outward-facing operations to amplify the impact of water resources work at UVM. Develop and maintain website and social media communications, marketing, and promotional materials to promote the institutes mission. Responsible for coordinating institute visits from external stakeholders as well as plan, coordinate, and promote university and institute events.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor’s degree and 3 or more years of related/relevant experience in the environmental sector, including project management and communications development using web-based and social media technologies. Training or experience fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive environments.

Desirable Qualifications
Related experience working in higher education or science-based non-profit organizations.
Anticipated Pay Range 50,000-60,000/year
