As a Business Intelligence Developer, you will play a crucial role in transforming data into actionable insights. Your primary responsibility will be developing interactive and visually compelling analytics dashboards using PowerBI. These dashboards will empower stakeholders across internal and external teams to make informed decisions, optimize processes, and drive results for value-based care programs.
Responsibilities:-
- Design and develop dashboards, and reports to transform data into insight using PowerBI
- Visualize complex data in a clear and concise manner that is easily interpreted by end users.
- Profile data in BI solutions for completeness and validity to ensure accuracy of reporting.
- Utilize SQL to collect and analyze data from disparate sources.
- Collaborate with Apex stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into BI solutions.
- Work collaboratively with analytics team consisting of data engineers, data analyst, and BI engineers to deliver repeatable, scalable, and self-service analytics as a product for external customers.
- Develop expertise in handling of healthcare data for use in analysis of value-based care programs.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5 years of experience performing data visualization or dashboard development
- 3+ years experience working with healthcare data (EMR, Claims, Eligibility, etc…)
- Proficiency using SQL to perform exploratory data analysis.
- Strong skills communicating with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translating into technical requirements.
- Master’s degree in technical or healthcare field
- Expertise building reports and dashboards with PowerBI.
- Background in healthcare (working for a provider or payer).
- Familiarity with Azure cloud platform.
- Agile BI Reporting development environment.
