and motivated Business Development Associate to join our Northwoods

Business Development position is an exempt (salaried) role also earning
commission on sales. The starting base salary is posted as \$50,000 to

with a company car, laptop computer, and cell phone to successfully
navigate the needs of their sales territory. In addition, our base
salary plus commission pay structure offers the Business Development
Associate limitless earning potential. A day in the life of a Business
Development Associate A Business Development Associate can expect to be
involved in all aspects of sales. You will be generating and following
up on leads, working with clients to build trust and assess their wants
and needs, collaborating with the pre-construction team, negotiating
contracts, and closing sales. Once the sale is closed you will stay in
touch with the customer and project management team to keep them
updated, maintain trust, and to ensure the clients are happy with the
quality of work and final product. What is required to be a Business

Business Development Associates are career minded with an extreme desire
to succeed. They can integrate various technologies into their
day-to-day activities in order to be highly organized and focused.
Ongoing sales training is provided; however, you must have the
capability to learn as you go and adapt to the constant change of the
construction industry and needs of several markets. Your core values

preferred. Ability to develop and manage relationships in a sales role
in construction-related industry. Personal presence and confidence to

industry-associated software. Ability to solve practical problems and
deal with a variety of situations where limited standardization exists.
