Job Description:
Ecolab is hiring a Pricing Administrative Supervisor on our Distributor Finance team. This individual is responsible for ensuring timely and effective communication of pricing and customer alignments to our distributor partners and internal Ecolab teams.They will continually foster an environment to enable and support a high performing team. This position is responsible for the direct management of 1 exempt associates. This role works in partnership with distributors as well as divisional sales, finance teams, center of excellences, and other teams within GBS, to problem solve, develop solutions, and complete initiatives to continually improve processes.
What You Will Do:
Ensuring timely and effective communication of pricing and customer alignments to distributor partners.
Coordinate and administer annual buy price change across divisions.
Management & business owner of pricing & support tools (Portal, Electronic feeds, DCL table, AVP outreach tool, Metric tracker).
Support analytics on pricing activities.
Maintain and create departmental standard operating procedures. Ensure Pricing activities are in accordance with desktop procedures.
Clearly articulates the business direction and ensures it is understood and embraced by team members.
Drive team engagement - attract, develop, and retain high-potential.
Demonstrates urgency to resolve issues with associates and internal customers.
Strong focus to drive efficiency, continuous improvement, collaboration, and ongoing change.
Drive results through building effective working relationships with other departments, divisions, and distributor partners.
Maintain a positive, professional approach through appropriate business communication.
Provide necessary support to execute key business led initiatives.
Complete new distributor set up, set program refund conditions.
Ensure reoccurring audit completion related to pricing activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree with 5 years of experience in Finance/GBS or High School Diploma with 8 years of experience in Finance/GBS

Previous leadership experience
Distributor Finance experience
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within given deadlines in a fast paced and complex environment
Ability to create, implement and continuously improve and optimize processes in a changing environment

Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to effectively work with all levels of the organization
Intermediate MS Office Suite
