Buffalo. Manpower Group. Maintenance Technician. Manpower is partnering with a well-established chemical distributor located in Buffalo, NY for a Direct Hire Facilities Maintenance Technician role. Key responsibilities are to: - maintain the building (hvac, boilers, chillers, plumbing, light electrical, dry wall, painting, landscaping, etc.). - maintain heavy equipment and machinery mechanically. - maintain the outside of the building (landscaping, snow removal, etc.) - in this role you will be given the opportunity to own your position and work independently. - must have previous facilities maintenance experience. - must be able to follow strict processes, work safely, and be responsible and dependable. - company offers excellent benefits (100% paid for by company!), work culture, and job security.
