    Job Title: Bilingual Human Resources Generalist (Spanish/English)

    Job Description:

    We are recruiting for a Bilingual Human Resources Generalist who is fluent in both English and Spanish to join the Human Resources team of a respected client of ours. This position will play a critical role in recruiting, employee relationships, and the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel.
    • Participate in developing department goals, objectives, and systems.
    • Assist in the implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies and procedures manual.
    • Conduct recruitment efforts for all exempt and non-exempt personnel, interns, and temporary employees; conduct new employee orientations; monitor career path program; and write and place job advertisements.
    • Handle employee relations counseling and conduct exit interviews.
    • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
    • Assist in evaluation of reports, decisions, and results of the department in relation to established goals.
    • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices.
    • Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the efficiency of the department.
    • Communicate effectively with all staff in both English and Spanish.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree only preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in human resources, touching on multiple aspects of HR
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
    • Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
    • Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
    • Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
    • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS
    • Strong ethics and reliability

    • Proven experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
    • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Manager or similar role
    • Fluency in the Spanish language
    • Strong understanding of Hiring Processes and Compliance regulations
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Exceptional ability to manage Employee Relations
    • Proficiency in Benefit Functions
    • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
    • Proficient with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
    • Excellent leadership and decision-making abilities
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity.
