For the PTO, the client's standard is accrual of two weeks vacation, front load of seven sick days and three personal days at the beginning of each year (prorated in first year to start date), and the standard six national holidays.

Description
Our agency client is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong analytics mindset in a contract-to-hire position.

This role is:
- 40 hours/week
- 6 Month Freelance, convert at 6 months
- Fully Remote

The ideal Digital Marketing Specialist will have:
- 2-4+ years' experience in digital marketing, both in analytics and campaign execution
- Experience in Google Analytics is a must - setting up, managing and reporting on campaigns
- Able to make recommendations back to the team after reviewing/analyzing data

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will:
- Assist with setting up Google Analytics to Discover data connection, including queries, making suggestions to sequenced data and analyzing data once it is in Discover
- Develop reports, identify high-risk actions and escalate when necessary
- Assist with analyzing campaign results
- Assist with analyzing customer usage for their premium products and make recommendations on how to promote and better position different product features
- Work closely with product and analytics to identify gaps in digital engagement measurement, and coordinate projects to close these gaps
- Engage with the broader digital team to review data and identify tests that will improve customer engagement and retention
