| Job Description: |
Are you a motivated individual with excellent communication skills? Join our team at Twin City Staffing as a customer service representative and play a key role in providing exceptional service to our valued customers.
Location: Chaska, MN
Wage: $16 - $19/hour
Hours: 8 am - 4:30 pm, Monday – Friday

Duties of the customer service representative:
Effectively manage multiple phone lines
Address customer inquiries regarding products and services
Learn and stay informed about company products and pricing
Navigate CRM system for customer inquiries, including purchasing history and account management
Direct incoming calls to the appropriate team member
Assist with filing, folding, and mailing invoices
Verify orders and shipments for accuracy
Maintain accurate records and act as a front desk receptionist as part of a rotating team schedule
Provide weekly assistance in the Shipping Department
Collaborate with direct team members and other departments
Requirements of the customer service representative:
Basic computer skills, including data entry
Minimum of six months of successful prior experience in Customer Service or a related position
Effective communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and recall information as needed
Basic math skills
