At IBM, work is more than a job – it’s a calling: To build. To design. To code. To consult. To think along with clients and sell. To make markets. To invent. To collaborate. Not just to do something better, but to attempt things you’ve never thought possible. Are you ready to lead in this new era of technology and solve some of the world’s most challenging problems? If so, let’s talk.
Your Role and Responsibilities
Are you in the middle of a technical degree (Bachelor/Master) or are you currently writing your doctoral thesis? But do you still have time available and would like to build up an individual mentoring relationship with successful women and gain initial insights into IBM? Are you interested in topics related to cloud technology, artificial intelligence or security?
Then you’ve come to the right place.
As part of our Mentoring@IBM program, you will gain initial insights into new fields of activity. Each mentee is assigned a mentor and can arrange mentoring meetings with them. We also organize roundtables and workshops on various specialist and career topics.
Your IBM mentor will advise you on your career path, introduce you to new specialist areas or areas of responsibility and share her experience and expertise. She is happy to make time for you. Constructive feedback encourages you to take on new projects and challenging opportunities.
