Job Summary:

This position serves as the front-line contact on behalf of Amity Foundation. The position requires receiving guests, client, and faculty via the telephone or in person.

Essential Duties:

· Answering multiple phone lines, taking, and delivering messages in a timely manner

· Receiving and distributing mail, packages, and medication deliveries

· Provide clerical and administrative support to the Enrollment Team

· Maintain cleanliness of front office rooms and bathrooms

· Preform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

Required:

· High school diploma or the equivalent

· One (1) year of work experience in office clerical and administrative support work

Certifications or Licenses:

Required:

· Valid AZDPS Fingerprint Clearance card.

· Current valid CPR and First Aid certification.

· CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) & ESR (Emergency Service Response) certification.

· Tuberculosis test from health professional.

Skills/Abilities:

· Ability to operate general office equipment.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Demonstrated knowledge of organizational and regulatory best practices

· Ability to maintain confidential information.

Physical Requirements:

· Faculty must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

· Frequently required to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time.

· Frequently sitting and typing for extended periods of time.

· Occasionally required to reach, walk, climb, pull, push, grasp, stretch, stoop.

· Frequently required talk, hear, see, and use repetitive motions.

· Frequently able to communicate verbally and in written form.

· Frequently able to use all types of vision, such as close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception, to complete daily tasks.
