The Junior Estimator is pivotal in upholding our reputation for exceptional customer service and successful project execution. This role goes beyond standard take-offs and proposals; it involves providing excellent support to our customers and collaborating effectively with our project managers. If you are a recent graduate looking to apply your education in Construction Management or a related field and are eager to learn and grow within the industry, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Analyze Project Documents: Review plans and specifications to accurately estimate time and materials needed for flooring installation
Bid and Proposal Development: Prepare and submit detailed bid proposals to customers, including scope of work, cost breakdowns, and project timelines
Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to discuss estimates, resolve issues, and provide advice on flooring options, cost savings, and project modifications
Supplier Relations: Obtain pricing, product specifications, and order materials
Ensure Project Objectives Are Met: Work with project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Ensure Compliance: Verify that estimations and project implementations are compliant with contractual terms and industry standards

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail

A commitment to integrity and ethical business practices
