Description:
Company is a small general contractor focusing on smaller renovation and new build projects. Jobs are typically in the 100k to 15m range, and could last anywhere from 1 week to a few months. Job Duties: *Daily on-site management of construction projects *Safety focus - maintaining company safety culture and jobsite requirements Lead by example - must possess a passion for safety excellence *Responsible for managing project schedule, cost and quality *Direct communication with subcontractors, suppliers and owners *Self-perform carpentry type items, such as doors, door hardware, blocking, toilet accessories and partitions

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
*Must have a minimum of 5 years experience managing work as a Superintendent or Journeyman *H.S. Diploma or GED required *Ability to be a positive and effective day to date on site leader of construction projects *OSHA 10 hour required and 30 hour preferred (will train on 30 hour if needed) *Knowledge of basic technology (email, mobile phones, digital photos). *Ability to communicate effectively to owners and contractors *Proactive and positive attitude *Basic knowledge of all trades *Project Management skills with hands-on approach *Ability to diagnose and fix minor repairs *PPE - individual needs to be a safety first kind of individual - that is a core value of the company
