School Monitor
Full Time 182 days/8 hours/day
Hours: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

School Monitors supervise students in and around school grounds including hall monitoring and parking lot duties during, before, and after the regular student day - only during student contact days. Duty hours to be determined by individual sites.

Essential Functions may include but are not limited to the following (for all School Monitors):
Supervise of students in and around school grounds including hall monitoring. Supervise parking lots during school days. Oversee parking lots to ensure vehicles have valid parking permits. Patrol parking lot to prevent theft. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be physically working in the building. Good communication skills. Ability to perform a significant amount of walking. Ability to maintain regular attendance, which includes completing an assigned day. Ability to perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices and materials handling, data functions, and people functions.

Rate of Pay: $17.00/hour, $17.17/hour with AAS degree that is educationally relevant, $17.78/hour with BA degree.
