Job Description:
Park Nicollet is looking to hire a Human Resources Service Center Representative to join our Human Resources team! POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
To provide a single point of contact within Park Nicollet Human Resources Department where Park Nicollet team members and leaders can obtain prompt and accurate information about Human Resources products and services and to assist in the development and maintenance of the Service Center systems, metrics and processes.
The HR Service Center Representative provides services in support of the 1.) Maintenance and data entry of employee and organizational data in various Human Resources systems; 2.) Call center activities that include self-service assistance and personal 1:1 assistance regarding HR programs and systems (e.g. Kronos (TIPS), GPS (performance appraisal system) and Lawson Employee and Manager Self Service; 3.) Benefits and compensation administrative activities.
This position offers the opportunity to work remote with the expectation to be onsite sporadically each month. This role is for a local candidate only.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
2 years of experience in a Human Resources field or Associates degree and 1 year of experience that equipped the candidate with a detailed knowledge of standard HR products, services and policies/procedures.
Three years of work experience in customer service
An equivalent combination of education and experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Experience with personal computer including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience working in an ERP system.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Able to independently establish work priorities.
Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent customer service skills.
Experience with handling confidential information.
Ability to quickly learn new skills in different technology systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced continuously changing environment.
Strong analytical skills.
High degree of initiative, ability to plan and follow through.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination:
Experience in working with supervisors/managers on the phone, preferably in handling a high volume of telephone calls in a call center environment.
1-2 years' experience with a human resource database system preferred.
Park Nicollet has recently transitioned to a new ERP system called Oracle, so systems experience is highly preferred.
