Job Summary As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and responsive software solutions. Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Design and implement scalable and efficient backend systems using Node.js and Express.js.
- Develop and maintain front-end components using React.js to create seamless user experiences.
- Work with databases, particularly MongoDB, to ensure optimal data storage and retrieval.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Experience and Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with a focus on MERN stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies.
- Experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js and Express.js.
- Solid understanding of front-end libraries, particularly React.js.
- Proficiency in database design and management, especially MongoDB.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work in an agile development environment.
