Position Summary
SUNY Geneseo seeks applicants for anticipated part-time temporary adjunct faculty openings. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis and applicants will be contacted as needed.

Teach undergraduate courses in Spanish. Possible courses include elementary and intermediate Spanish language courses. 
Required Qualifications
Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree or higher in Spanish or related field or the equivalent in professionally relevant experience.  
  • Applicants must have experience teaching Spanish to non-native speakers of Spanish.  
  • Must demonstrate a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive teaching environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preference will be given to applicants who have experience teaching at the undergraduate level, at liberal arts colleges, and/or those who are interested in providing service to the department, especially assessment or service learning.
