growth, we are looking to add a Project Engineer - Control Systems to
our team. Position Summary This position will be responsible for the
design, analysis, and maintenance of control systems for new and
existing products. The position will also be responsible for the
management of engineering projects related to new control systems. To
perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform
each essential job function satisfactorily. The requirements listed
below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities

and/or Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical, Software, or
Computer engineering with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in
embedded control system development, preferably in the vehicle/vessel
power train industry Skilled in project management Computer Skills:
Competence in Microsoft Office Suite Skilled in Microsoft Project
Skilled in the use of electronics design software (e.g. Altium Designer)
Proficient in the use of editors, compilers, and simulation software
(e.g. LabView, Matlab) Proficient in the use of revision control
software Proficient in the use of PLM, SmarTeam preferred Communication
Skills: Strong interpersonal relationship skills and listening skills
that allow being able to work with people in all levels of the
organization and external customers Strong written and oral
communications skills with the ability to communicate clearly and
concisely Ability to guide and train other departmental personnel as
required Technical Requirements: Advanced knowledge of embedded systems
and of standard software languages including Embedded C and VB.NET
Knowledge of programming embedded software applications based on
specifications Ability to analyze and specify control systems with
respect to system configuration, software logic, and electronic hardware
design Work Environment: Position is located in Racine, Wisconsin and
