US:WI:MILWAUKEE at our FROEDTERT HOSPITAL facility. This job is ON -
SITE. FTE: 0.300000 Shift: Shift 3 Job Summary: Responsible for
performing phlebotomy and various technical, non technical, and clerical
functions. Other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Completion of
approved Phlebotomy program including clinicals with a minimum of 100
draws OR 6 months of related health care experience including direct
patient contact. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: Phlebotomy experience in a
clinical laboratory/phlebotomy setting, inpatient and/or outpatient
drawsEDUCATION PREFERRED: High School diploma or equivalent is
preferred.SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Ability to read and write necessary
to comprehend and follow equipment operating instructions, IFUs and
complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic calculations necessary
to count instruments and complete count sheets are required. Basic
computer, problem-solving and good communication skills are
required.LICENSURE PREFERRED: ASCP certification preferred. Perks &
