JOB REQUIREMENTS: Key Responsibilities Manages the inventory department
in a multiple shift operation ensuring inventory control. Essential
Responsibilities Provides hiring, promotion, training and disciplinary
action recommendations, as well as performance evaluation and feedback
for direct reports. Maintain safety of Employee\'s while overseeing all
departmental issues - reports all safety issues in timely manner.
Maintains proper training, staffing and scheduling of staffing. Manages
Employee attendance and performance issues. Reviews and monitors the
timely confirmation and accuracy of inbound inventory, outbound
shipments, and book adjustment transactions to ensure accurate inventory
management records. Manages the taking of physical inventories ensuring
compliance and the investigation of inventory variances; directs the
performance of daily/weekly cycle accounts and adjusts inventory records
if necessary. Schedules and directs the activities of the inventory
department to maintain performance requirements. Participation and
responsibility for CCR/EHS reporting, compliance and follow-up
Maintaining performance requirements by managing daily schedules to meet
or exceed customer demands. Ensures completion and communication of PK
reports to internal and external participants. Manage daily operation
predicated on KPI\'s. Such as Transactions per hour, lines processed per
hour, locations cycle counted per hour, ABC cycle count schedule, etc.
Aids in planning, prioritizing, and managing production line maintenance
or downtimes to minimize disruptions to schedules. Investigates,
trouble-shoots and provides solutions to problems. Escalate issues to IT
and site trouble shooter for system related issues. Other duties as
assigned by management. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS A summary

demeanor, etc. Minimum Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in related field
5 or more years of experience in similar role/manufacturing Proven
ability of leading a team Advanced knowledge of product, component and
material identities, manufacturing procedures and related inventory
levels Ability to communicate data analysis trends and findings both
verbally and in written format. Project management Proven ability to
work in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently and on
team Experience in Oracle and or Ultriva a plus Expert level in MS Excel
Experience with MS PowerPoint Experience with MS Access helpful Ability
and willingness to obtain Green Belt within 3 years Benefits Medical,
