"Our agency client is looking for an Executive Creative Director (ECD). Having recently restructured their team and vision, leadership would like to grow from an agency focussed on PR/Earned Media and CRM Loyalty into an Integrated Marketing Communications agency.The team is looking for an ECD with a drive-for-growth mindset and who isn't afraid to propose nontraditional solutions for everyday challenges.This role is HYBRID. In office around 3x/week. Requirements: - Integrated marketing communications background, ideally with experience that includes CRM/loyalty, PR (earned media) or influencer marketing in additional to paid brand and performance media channels - Experience growing a creative teamResponsibilities: - Oversee creative execution for campaigns across digital, CRM loyalty, earned, paid and owned - Bring an integrated approach into current client work that leads with PR/earned media - Develop and grow relationships with executive-level clients - Lead creative execution for business development - Experience growing a team and an environment - Lead Creative team of 12 people, inclusive of Creative Director, Designers, Copywriters, Producers, Video Editor - Hire on Art Director talent - Part of the role will be to execute creative until the proper team is in place to execute themselvesThis client offers Paid Time Off, Health and Dental Insurance and more.#LI-LS1Health + Dental + 401k packageSubmit resume (and samples if applicable) to: Laura.Stevens@jobalert.creativecircle.comCreative Circle is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
