| Job Description: |
Need 5 full time, temporary, seasonal Ag. Equipment Operators to work in Loretto, MN, and in locations in SD, ND, NE, CO, KS and MT. See itinerary below.
Work: 40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri. 8 hrs./day
Typical daily hours: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., with overtime possible. In Minnesota only, work performed in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at time and a half. Effective 01/01/2024, per MN statute, employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time(ESST) a year.

JOB DUTIES: Operates self-propelled custom harvesting machines to harvest a variety of grain and oilseed crops. Adjusts speed cutter, blowers and conveyors and height of cutting head, using hand tools. Changes cutting head as appropriate for crop. Duties also include making field repairs and servicing machinery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) months experience, must have Class D, No HS Diploma/GED required.

HOURLY WAGES:
MN: $18.50 (+ Overtime after 48 hrs./week)
CO: $16.63
MT: $16.54
SD: $18.32
ND: $18.32
NE: $18.32
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required work-related tools, equipment and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
