Responsibilities of a successful fuse coat painter include but are not limited too:
-Retrieve unpainted parts from tub, bin or pallet.
-Loading parts onto chain conveyor.
-Blowing shavings/debris from unpainted parts.
-Retrieving hooks to hang unpainted parts.
-Painting with handheld paint sprayer.
-Checking temperature of parts.
-Unloading finished parts from conveyor line.
-Place finished parts on or in pallets tubs or bins.
-Documents actions by completing production and quality forms.
-Contributes to team effort by accomplishing production requirements as needed.
Responsibilities of a successful small valve assembler include but are not limited too:
-Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
-Positions parts and components by using work instructions.
-Verifies specifications by testing product and visually inspecting quality.
-Assembles products using hand tools and other equipment.
-Resolves verifiable assembly problems to meet specifications; notifying supervisor to obtain additional resources if needed.
-Palletizes and gets product ready for shipment, once complete.
-Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
-Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
Responsibilities of a successful forklift operator include but are not limited too:
-Inspecting their forklift and filling out inspection paperwork.
-Visually assessing and clearing their traffic area of people, objects, and other forklift traffic.
-Inspect loads verifying they are secure for transport and accurate.
-Transfer to designated location throughout the facility by complying with all safety rules and regulations.
