NY 1498008 General Laborer/Maintenance Broadwell Hospitality Group located in Oswego, NY is looking for a General Laborer/Maintenance to begin immediately Responsibilities include - Mowing, trimming, mulching, weed control, pruning, seasonal cleanup and snow removal - General labor - Perform minor electrical and mechanical repairs - Performs routine plumbing repairs - Performs basic janitorial duties - Assists in administration of special maintenance programs - Assists in maintenance of departmental tools, workspaces, and equipment - Knows and observes all safety precautions including fire safety and emergency action plans including fire control/alarm systems and extinguishers Education - High School Diploma/GED Work Hours - Full time, hours vary, must be flexible Requirements - able to lift 75 lbs and up Wage - $15 - $20 per hour To apply please send resume to HR@bhgmail.com or mail to BHG PO Box 992 Oswego NY, 13126 Atten: HR or drop your resume off at the front desk of the Clarion Hotel/ GS Steamers located at 70 East 1st Oswego NY 13126.
