What Impact You Can Make

This position will work with the sales administration team to perform credentialing duties to support AtriCure's sales team and others.


Assist in onboarding of new employees pursuant to the credentialing process
Become proficient in the administration of multiple Vendor Credentialing Organizations (VCO's)
Prepare, compile and maintain credentialing documents in multiple databases
Assign training and complete training attestation documents
Handle confidential and personal information with discretion
Assist in administration of radiation safety program
Communicate clearly and effectively with teammates and internal customers
Fulfill credentialing support requests efficiently and accurately with exceptional customer service



What You Bring


High school diploma or equivalent
Credentialing experience is an asset
Human Resources experience is an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strongly customer service oriented
Organization, time management, and attention to detail
Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Ability to work the hours of 8am to 5pm EST Monday - Friday
