Our purpose is to match caring adult volunteer mentors (Bigs) with youth who need an extra positive role model in their lives (Littles). As a team, we are dedicated to addressing the needs of our communities, and building a diverse workplace where employees feel their contributions matter.

Our Senior Match Support and Success Team-members provides monitoring, support and continual engagement with the Big, Little, parent/guardian(s) and site partners for the life of the match with a special focus on the first 90 days and celebrating "matchiversaries". They guide the match in achieving positive outcomes for the youth, transitions the match to closure, and initiates re-engagement of parties when appropriate.

Key Responsibilities:
~ Carry a portfolio of assigned matches
~ Ensure quality of data with up-to-date match support and communications documentation and constituent information in Sales Force (called "Match Force").
~ Identifies new connections for growth with sites and college groups.

Some Other Responsibilities:
~ Collaborate with other Match Support Team Members to identify/recommend solutions and best practices
~ Able to effectively and comfortably 'table' at community or site recruiting events
~ Attend, support or lead as required, CM or MW program events like field days, STEM events, Holiday Party, field trips, match ups days
~ Develop and maintain a positive relationship with community partners
~ Carry a lead role on an agency committee or project
~ May support development of new markets (program or geography), as required

Position Competencies:
~ Passion for the mission of BBBS
~ Valid driver's license
~ One of the following:
~ Associate's degree and 2 years of relevant experience
~ Bachelor's Degree (or within 6 months of completion)
~ 4 years relevant experience
~ Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
~ Sales Force experience is a plus
~ Second language skills a plus

Other
~ Some evening and weekend work is required.
~ Some light lifting is required (under 50 pounds).
~ Background checks are required upon hire and every 2-3 years.
~ Candidate must have reliable transportation to all work locations.

Benefit Details

Starting rate of pay is $45,000 per year. $1000 bonus for fluency in a second language (payable after successful 90 probation period)
