Hours: 8:00am - 4:30pm
Hours may change in future to working as late as 5:45pm
Currently this is hybrid position and agents work onsite 2 days per week; agents should be available to work onsite 5 days per week, should the requirement change.
About the role:

Provide support to customers with regard to shipment and billing orders.

Facilitate communications between the sales force and in-house contacts to resolve order processing and customer issues.

Communicate back order and product allocation issues to the sales force and assist the sales force in locating and transferring product as needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
Accept, process and fill shipment and billing orders for customers, and confirm pricing as required.
Process patient enrollments, Siebel activities and tasks.
Process returned product reports for all APM hardware components returned to St. Paul.
Notify sales force of back order or allocation issues so the field can better manage their customers.
Assist the field with the use of short- dated product to limit scrap.
Initiate credits with appropriate paperwork as required.
Provide sales, billing and distribution information as required by the field.
Propose changes for current systems to enable efficiency.
Required qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2+ year call center and/or customer service work experience.
Must be willing to work late evenings and weekend shifts.
Ability to work remotely as needed
Preferred qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Boston Scientific CRM customer service experience
SAP experience
Strong organizational, planning and time management skills
Strong soft, verbal, and written communication skills
