End-of-life care should never feel transactional, regardless of economic factors. Every person we care for deserves to be treated with dignity, compassion, and respect, no matter the circumstances. Together, we strive to make each moment count, providing comfort and meaning not just to the patients but also to their loved ones, who will cherish these memories forever.

State Tested Nursing Assistants are privileged to be invited into deeply vulnerable moments with patients and families. Our team works closely together to ensure the highest quality experience, with STNAs serving as the eyes and ears of the interdisciplinary team. Quick response STNAs play a crucial role in our Even More Care program, responding to urgent physical or psychosocial needs and sitting beside as a patient is in the active stages of dying. If you value being part of this sacred journey, honoring the dignity and respect every individual deserves in their final moments, then we want to hear from you.
