Accountabilities: 

  • Initiates and completes routine lab duties in an efficient manner independently; Daily activities included but not limited to lab testing, record management, reference substance management, chemical management, column management, data trending, archival room management
  • Demonstrates technical ability to assist in the execution of non-routine experiments and procedures with supervision,like root cause investigation and process robustness evaluation support.
  • Documents test results and writes related reports/documents as required; correctly analyzes and interprets outcome of experiments with supervision; communicates the project progress in verbal and written forms effectively when needed  
  • Understands appropriate regulations and legal requirements as well as BI policies and procedures as relevant to core job

 

Required Capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree or above 
  • 0 ~3 years working experience in analytical chemistry or relevant fields
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented 
  • Basic knowledge of applicable regulations
  • Comprehensive understanding of cGMP and safety regulations 
  • Good communication, interpersonal skills and ability to work in teams is required
  • Good written skill in English is required.
