Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement paid and organic social media strategies to maximize growth, retention, and engagement
- Drive creation of compelling ad content, including copy and visuals
- Utilize advertising tools on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to target specific audiences and optimize campaign performance
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of paid campaigns, providing insights and recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate paid social media efforts with other marketing initiatives
- Stay informed about industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features on social media platforms to adapt strategies accordingly
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal return on investment (ROI) for paid social media campaigns.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in planning, implementing, and optimizing social media campaigns
- In-depth knowledge of advertising tools for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Strong analytical skills
