Aerotek Operator in New Ulm, Minnesota

Description:

Weigh materials per the specifications set for each batch.

Add materials to the mixing kettle in the accurate order and quantity.

Verify correct items have been picked before adding to the mixing tank.

Transfer liquids as needed from vessel to vessel.

Run the Dryer per specified instructions on each batch sheet.

• Accurately and completely fill out paperwork as needed.

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed during wash-ups.

• Clean and sanitize room areas as needed.

• Fill in for Powder Packer position as needed.

Supervise all aspects of the drying process from the addition of raw materials to packaging of finished goods. As well as must oversee the drying crew that is assigned to you.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience within a food manufacturing facility preferred.
