Job Description
FT: Grill Cook, Olean
Responsible for the preparation of, but not limited to, short order grilling, roast carving and display cooking for patients, employees and visitors according to regulating agencies including NY State Sanitary Code. Responsible for quality, appearance and proper portioning of all cafeteria food. One year of quantity food production training and four year experience in hospital food service or tow year of hospital food service experience. High school diploma or GED required. Subject to drug screening, medical exam and criminal background check.
