Job Description:
Historic French Lake Auto Parts, Inc. has been a leader in the automotive recycling industry for over 68 years. Our inventory is always expanding and the amount of scrap we process is always growing. Due to the continued growth in our company, we are looking to add another auto dismantler to our team.
Candidates must be able to learn in a fast-paced environment. Basic automotive knowledge, previous mechanical skills, and ability to operate forklifts and miscellaneous equipment appreciated.
This is a full-time position with the opportunity for overtime. Benefits include flexible work environment, health insurance, life insurance, 401(k) and vacation pay.

Auto Dismantler-Hoist
We are seeking a cost-effective Dismantler to work on the hoist, dismantling vehicles for inventory and sold parts (engines, transmissions, transfer cases, etc.). The ideal candidate will possess the technical skills to dismantle vehicles safely and in a timely manner and the interpersonal skills to work with a team of dismantlers. This position is responsible for inspecting, testing, and marking parts in a timely and safe manner. Other duties may include but are not limited to operating forklift, putting parts away, maintenance of equipment and keeping the work environment clean and organized. Daily job duties include pulling engines, transmissions, transfer cases, cylinder heads, and body cuts with minimal supervision. Ideal candidate will be able to maintain workflow and adhere to shop schedule with minimal supervision.
