Division: River Metals Recycling LLC

Location: Cincinnati, OH, United States

Other Available Locations: Ohio; Kentucky

Basic Job Functions:

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

* Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.
* Maintain and repair all equipment including but not limited to shredder, eddy current, baler, etc.
* Change liners, grates, hammers, etc. on the shredder.
* Assist other maintenance and production personnel during scheduled repair projects and normal production.
* Operate mobile equipment as needed.
* Work in outdoor and indoor environments.
* Minor cleanup and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:


* Minimum of 2 years previous maintenance experience preferred.
* Welding and fabrication experience.
* Ability to work 4pm - 12am Monday - Friday **some Saturdays as needed
* Flexible to work off hours and overtime.

Preferred Qualifications:


* Welding experience preferred.

Must have supervisor and/or manager recommendation and must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
