Must be willing to travel between all properties in Willmar, MN
Must be able to send picture messages and communicate via text messaging
Must have customer service skills
Training will be provided
After training, there is a 6 week rotating schedule for on-call after hours. Generous incentives to be made for on-call duties |

**This is an on-site position for multi-family housing units in Willmar, MN. We are hiring one position for Willmar, MN. THIS HIRE MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL BETWEEN ALL BUILDINGS LOCATED IN WILLMAR, MN.**
