apply today. Scheduled Weekly Hours:36 Employee is assigned a .9 FTE for
accrual and benefit purposes. Employees in this classification commit to
work three - six (3 - 6) 12-hour weekend shifts per pay
period.Department that the WEO is working in will determine the number
of shifts worked. Employees will receive a WEO premium equal to .3333
times base pay for the actual hours worked during these Friday, Saturday
or Sunday shifts. The 12 hours may occur between the hours of 7 am on
Friday and 7 am on Monday. All non-weekend shifts worked in addition to
the weekend schedule is not eligible for WEO premium. Employees in the
WEO will not be eligible for weekend differential under current policy,
but are eligible for shift differential. Employees in the WEO are given
preference for weekend staffing and excluded from low census call off on
the weekends. Employees in the WEO will share in department on-call
staffing, if required. When on call, employee shall receive on call pay
as described under policy GBHR-555, Call Pay. Employees shall also
receive call back pay per the policy if called in.If employee is unable
to leave the building during their call shift they will be paid at their
base rate, but must be immediately available for all department related
needs. Employees may use PTO on one weekend quarterly. The 3 shifts of
PTO per quarter may be taken one shift at a time (within each quarter)
and will not jeopardize the premium pay for the remainder of the weekend
that the PTO is used. PTO is not eligible for the WEO premium and is
paid at the employee\'s base rate of pay. When a holiday falls on a
weekend, it is considered part of the WEO schedule. However, the
Employee will be paid Holiday pay per the policy GBHR-506 Holidays for
designated holiday time according to the policy. When a holiday does not
fall on a weekend, it is not considered part of the WEO schedule and the
WEO employee is not included in a rotation for holidays outside of those
that fall on a weekend. Gundersen Boscobel reserves the right to
discontinue the WEO program or to change the program at any time. Any
WEO employee who has more than two missed shifts in a 6-month period
will jeopardize his/her ability to continue in the WEO program. Absences
due to FMLA are excluded from this rule.Job Description: The registered
