your safety on the job What You\'ll Do: Repair and maintain all
machinery as assigned. Assist in the training of full-time employees in
the proper, safe, and efficient operation of equipment. Work with
Department Manager in problem areas to reduce downtime, product waste,
and inefficiencies. Accurately complete Preventative Maintenance tasks
as scheduled. Adhere to Cher-Make established policies and procedures.
What You\'ll Bring: General knowledge of robotics operation and
troubleshooting. Understanding of lubrication methods and application of
products. Ability to perform hydraulic system maintenance and
troubleshooting. Must safely and properly use hand and power tools and
understand machine shop practices. Must possess the ability to read
blueprints and schematics. Ability to perform electrical maintenance,
consisting of installation and troubleshooting. Must possess an
understanding of electronics, programmable controllers, single phase,
and 3 phase. Must demonstrate the willingness to adapt and apply new
technology and methods. Willingness to receive training to keep
knowledge current. Ability to TIG weld various metals. General knowledge
of how poly film machines operate, and ability to troubleshoot the
