Snelling is looking for a talented
Customer Service Rep to join an amazing Insurance team in the Birmingham area. As a Customer Service Rep, you will help with day-to-day customer service and account support. This position requires excellent people skills and a desire to provide top-quality customer service in every interaction.
Pay: $15/hr
Duties for the Customer Service Rep:- Answering calls
- Scheduling deliveries/pickups of equipment
- Heavy Data Entry
- Look up accounts for customers and office staff
- Supports administration and other office personnel
- Other clerical duties as needed
Requirements for Office Clerk/Customer Service Rep:
- Computer knowledge, MS Word & Excel
- Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients with a positive attitude
- Able to prioritize work activities
- Must be very organized
