Description

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Attain deep and meaningful understanding of SAE's strategic plan, industry/sector-specific dynamics, product portfolio plans, customer data, market surveys, customer sales trends, and independent observations to develop marketing communication programs, including key metrics, for BU partners via annual planning.
Drive collaboration and development of high-impact marketing plans and programs by pro-actively developing strong business relationships and becoming embedded in product development teams.
Actively manage status of ongoing marketing projects and elevate potential issues/roadblocks to appropriate levels for proper and timely mitigation.
Provide regular updates on marketing project progress.
Work closely with the marketing staff to manage assigned marketing programs and projects and administration/execution of assigned activities.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or other business related field
7 years experience in Marketing, Communications or Product Management
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Excellence oral and written communication skills
Strong process orientation, organizational and planning skills
Attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in additional marketing and sales related software, preferred (Marketo, CRM (Salesforce/ACT), etc)
Ability to adapt to continuously changing deadlines and priorities
Working knowledge of campaign development and marketing techniques
15% travel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in association/non-profit environment
Ability to work with diverse cultures and styles
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Ability to travel a few times per year
Ability to work for long periods at a computer/desk
Standard office environment (hybrid).
