JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: Direct Supply is building the future

care for them. In the Senior Design Consultant - Food Service position,
you\'ll be responsible for creating and communicating appealing design
concepts that meet our client\'s needs and create revenue for our
business while ensuring an excellent client experience. The Senior
Foodservice Design Consultant has advanced knowledge of foodservice
consulting, design, operations and equipment, and can effectively
communicate and collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, vendor
partners and internal Direct Supply team members. This position works
within our Aptura business. Direct Supply Aptura Aptura creates
life-enhancing care environments through award-winning new construction
and renovation projects. With nationwide experience building new
communities across the continuum of care, Aptura helps clients bring
their unique visions to life and maximize return on investment.
Competencies & Skills Needed: Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft
Office and Design tools including: Revit, AutoCAD, AutoQuotes and KCL.
Ability to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment, customer needs
and an evolving industry. Builds Networks - Ability to work cross
functionally across across multiple disciplines internally to solve
problems and implement solutions. Solves Problems - Demonstrated
proficiency to manage projects, coordinate people and schedules, and
resolve problems. Communicates Effectively - Delivers clear and timely
communication in-person, over the phone, as well as through written
email, with a strong attention to detail. Demonstrates Influence &
Organizational Savvy - Relates well with stakeholders at all levels;
Effectively navigates organizational dynamics; Speaks with conviction
and demonstrates managerial courage. Presents and sells design ideas and
solutions to individuals at all levels of an organization in a way that
drives their desired outcome. Demonstrated success working independently
and handling multiple projects in various stages of completion. What
You\'ll Do and Impact: Responsible for all phases of the design process
for all sizes of renovations and new development projects. Participate
in business development opportunities with Aptura and other Direct
Supply sales partners. Consult with external clients to understand their
design needs. Understand client goals and building operations related to
both front of house and back of house spaces. Evaluate existing
architectural plans and documentation. Integrate findings with
experience in and knowledge of foodservice design and equipment.
