JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Kaytee is seeking a Class 6 Machine
Operator (Mixing Control Room Operator)on 2nd shift to be a part of our
Central Specialty Pet Division based out of Chilton, WI. Your primary
role will be to maintain a surplus of product above the packaging lines
to ensure continual manufacturing of finished goods. Kaytee in Chilton
offers the opportunity to work with products for birds, hamsters,

OF SUCCESS \*Mix necessary formulas to cover packaging schedule.
\*Ensure proper items and amounts are added to each batch. \*Plan mixing
operations to meet product schedule in the most efficient manner,
including pre-staging future mixes. \*Accurately complete all required
paperwork. \*Maintain communication between Line Leaders, Set-Up
Technicians, Mill Operators, Shift Supervisors, Production Scheduler,
Maintenance, and Quality Control. \*Accurate recording of inventory
transactions. \*Maintain ingredient bin inventories. \*Perform equipment
inspections and preventive maintenance. IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
\*Ability to operate forklift and handcart in a safe manner. \*Ability
to work independently in an efficient and accurate manner. \*Ability to
distinguish colors and the smell of different oils. \*Ability to lift up
to 60 pounds with frequent bending, lifting and twisting. \*Ability to
lift up to 100 lbs. (on occasion) with assistance. \*Ability to work in
a constant state of alertness and safe manner. WORKING CONDITIONS \*Work
is performed in a warehouse environment in a leadership role.
\*Warehouse temperatures can vary due to outside temperatures. \*Hours
of work will generally be during regular business hours (on each
respective shift) and average at least 40 hours a week. \*There may be
some variation in work hours due to overtime, special projects,
