JOB REQUIREMENTS: County Materials Corporationis a leading manufacturer

Plant Operations Manager for our customer, County Materials in Roberts,

Duties: Oversees the daily production operations of the plant. Monitors
operations for efficiency and safety, ensuring that all applicable
regulatory requirements are met/followed. Develops production schedules
to meet internal goals as well as expectations of customers. Oversees
production staff, including hiring/training of personnel. May be
required to meet certain certifications in field. Reports to head of a
unit or Dept. Plant Operations Managers manage production processes
including raw materials management, quality, throughput and staffing.
Work Environment: Work in indoor and outdoor weather conditions,
including extreme hot or cold temperatures Work near moving machinery
and equipment - could include electrical hazards Work in a noisy
environment Physical Requirements: Sitting Carrying/Lifting 10 - 40
Pounds Standing / Walking / Climbing
Squatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above
Shoulder Experience & Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree and at least 8
years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a
variety of the field\'s concepts, practices, and procedures. Extensive
experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety
of complicated tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. Wide degree
