JOB REQUIREMENTS: POSITION SUMMARY Provide independent primary care in a
variety of clinical settings to a specified population of non-emergency
patients. Provide consultation and advice to others as a highly
specialized practitioner. Continuation of this position is contingent
upon funding allocations. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND
QUALIFICATIONS: PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT: 1. Frequently
sit/stand/walk; handle, reach with hands and arms; and talk, hear and
walk. 2. Occasionally stand; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; lift
and/or move up to fifty (50) pounds. 3. Work is generally performed in a
medical office, clinic or hospital setting with exposure to potentially
dangerous materials and situations that require following extensive
safety precautions and may include the use of protective equipment and
exposure to blood borne pathogens. Exposure to latex products on a
routine basis. 4. Evening and/or weekend work and/or extended hours and
irregular shifts may be required. 5. A Tuberculosis (TB) Screening
and/or a 2 step TB Skin Test is required within thirty (30) days of
