| Job Description: |
AMRG, LLC is seeking a skilled Service Repair Technician to join our team focused on providing exceptional service in roofing, siding, windows, and gutter restoration. As a Service Repair Technician, you will play a crucial role in assessing, repairing, and restoring the exteriors of residential and commercial properties to their optimal condition. You will work closely with our Production Team and homeowner clients to understand their needs and provide efficient and effective solutions to address any issues they may have with their roofing, siding, windows, or gutters.
1. Conduct on-site inspections of residential and commercial properties to assess the condition of roofing, siding, windows, and gutters.
2. Identify areas of damage, leaks, or deterioration on roofs, siding, windows, and gutters.
3. Perform repairs, replacements, or installations of roofing materials, siding panels, windows, and gutter systems.
4. Utilize various tools and equipment to complete repair and restoration tasks safely and efficiently.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during repair and installation processes.
6. Communicate effectively with clients to explain repair options.
7. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including materials used, labor hours, and project progress.
8. Collaborate with Production Department team members to complete projects within scheduled timelines.
9. Document AMRG’s CRM with updates and photos.
