| Job Description: |
A local gardening company in the Brainerd Lakes Area is looking to start hiring professionals to help grow, maintain, design and build gardens for businesses & private homes.
Retail & Greenhouse Assistants:
This position helps with the growth and maintenance of our plants through proper watering, fertilizing, pest control, spacing, sanitation and other horticultural techniques to ensure optimal crop performance. Applicants should have strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Landscape Assistants:
This position involves installing sprinkler systems, retaining walls, boulder and rock work. A successful candidate is one with experience in installing landscape projects of all types.
Compensation:
-Pay is dependent on experience, subject knowledge & leadership skills for each position.
