  • Weekend premium - $4.00/hour

    UW Medical Center - Montlake has an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Operating Rooms team. Our Operating Room nurses have an opportunity to participate in innovative perioperative technology, and the advancement of patient care through ongoing research, education and quality improvement activities. This includes a variety of complex surgical procedures such as organ transplantation, cardiac surgery, all varieties of endoscopic and robotic procedures, bone and joint allografting, neurosurgery, complex spinal procedures and various oncology procedures.  As a registered nurse (RN), you can be a part of this highly skilled team, working within a culture that is both innovative and collaborative. Here, you will work in tandem with physicians and other health care practitioners to provide superior, award-winning nursing care. In short, you will not only follow best practice, you will create it!

    SCHEDULE
    Per Diem, Variable.

    REQUIREMENTS
    BLS and minimum of 2 years current general OR nursing experience with circulating in a variety of clinical settings required. Scrub experience is desired, but not required.

    LEGAL REQUIREMENTS
    Washington State RN license required by start date. 

    DESIRED
    BSN and CVOR and transplant experience highly desired.
