| Job Description: |
Need 22 full time, temporary seasonal workers farmworkers to work in Atwater, MN.
From: 04/01/2024 - 10/15/2024
40 hrs./week, Mon.-Fri., 8 hrs./day. 8:00am-5:00pm.
A general work week in Monday - Friday, Workers may be requested to work longer days, depending upon the conditions of the commodities produced.
In MN, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week, will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay.

Job Duties: Prepare soil, weed and care for vegetables using tractors and hand tools. Pick, wash, and package crops when crop is ready. Load and transport crops, and general facility maintenance.
Job Requirements: (3) months experience, driver's license in 30-days clean driving record required.
Employer Assurances: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of the work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of atleast$15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts. Required work related tools and supplies provided free of charge by employer.
