Cheektowaga. Pella Windows and Doors of WNY. APPRENTICE INSTALLER. FT. 40hrs./wk. M-F. 1st shift. $22.18-$24.08/hr.(minimum to start; maximum eventually). Benefits. -Install or replace windows (or doors) in residential buildings -Prepare worksites by removing debris and other material to make for a safe space -Ensure that installed windows and doors are completed per Pella Manufacturing Installation Instructions and pose no hazard to people or property -Prep and repair exterior siding or existing window trim features -Communicate effectively with customers and serves as a reputable Pella representative on all jobsites -Performs any other necessary task assigned by the supervisor or company in support of company goals or assistance with customer issues -Maintains assigned vehicle -Uses, maintains, and stores company provided tools appropriately -Meets company safety requirements by keeping work area neat and clean, following safety precautions and wearing required safety apparel (i.e., shoes, safety glasses, fall protection, etc.), and reporting any safety issues to the manager Must have a valid drivers license and be in compliance with the company Fleet Safety Policy.
