Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a Salesforce Point of Contact (POC) for making diligent dashboards and reports for a Line of Business [LOB].
- Manage Salesforce momentum booking administrative functions
- Ability to make lenses and dashboards in Tableau CRM.
- Liaise closely with our Finance, Sales and Sales Operations teams to establish suitable outcomes to development, and amend financial data
- Effectively act as the liaison between our Salesforce user Sales community & wider stakeholders
- Work independently with members of the user community.
- B&P & Review Approvals in Salesforce (includes checking Account status)
- Reviews completed (for B&P approvals) & active Opportunity, dates, correct approvers as per Delegated Level of Authority etc.
- Ops Bookings including monthly bulk upload (collate weekly reports from India into 1 file, distribute, follow up and coordinate monthly bulk upload & manual entry as required).
- Provide updates to Executive Team & help follow up GM bookings on a monthly/Quarterly basis.
- Data Steward Pipeline: overdue opportunities, data maintenance etc. (overdue opportunities, inactive account leads, correct GID splits, TCD/PSD alignment, B&P spend, confidential opp request, verifying new Accounts).
- Send weekly report
- Salesforce Chatter requests
- Dashboard & Reports (maintaining/refreshing, requests, exporting reports when requested)

- Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
- Demonstrates continued personal/professional development
- Active in the Salesforce community
Preferred Experience
- 5 – 7 years’ experience on Salesforce platform
- Other Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience also preferred
- Understanding of Salesforce best practices and in-built functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate intricate financial data
